No To Fracking is an open group of local people from the North Coast of Northern Ireland – across the counties of Antrim and Derry/Londonderry, from Ballycastle to Limavady – who are concerned that hydraulic fracturing will be used here to extract shale gas.

We believe that if local people only knew about the very real threat of fracking to our health, the local landscape, air and water, and our tourism and agricultural industries, they would unite to oppose it. The very successful No To Lignite campaign a few years ago showed that it can be done!
