hi all, shocked to hear they want to frack the north coast, i live in tamborans target area in leitrim and am activley involved with anti fracking as part of the love leitrim group. my daughter lives in portrush, and i fear for her health if this goes ahead. i attended a very worthwhile networking meeting in belcoo fermanagh this week, hosted by femanagh frackaware. iwould reccomend getting in touch as they are very well organised, and the more we speak with one voice on both sides of the border the more effective! keep up the good work, and if i can help with something i will certainly try. regards,
kevin willis
Why not adopt the “We Deserve Better” campaign and adapt it for Antrim ? Link: http://goodenergiesalliance.com/2013/06/04/we-deserve-better-all-ireland-campaign/
Surely there could be thousands of emails sent to your politicians?
I know it calls for a moratorium rather than a ban but any delay is surely a good thing.
I am so scared for that beautiful part of our island, so crazy to be talking about starting a major industry in the middle of an area of such extraordinary natural beauty. It CAN be stopped, communities have power if they work together.

Thanks for your support Kevin! That’s good advice – one voice – hopefully getting louder!
